Next View warranties that it will replace any sunglasses failure due to defects in materials and/or workmanship free of charge for a period of one(1) year from the date it was purchased. This warranty does not cover any failure to function properly due to misuse or severe shock.

If your sunglasses ever need replacement, wrap it carefully in tissue paper or similar soft material and pack it in a mailing carton. Send it parcel post to:

Please include a brief note explaining the problem. Be sure to print your name and address clearly. Enclose a check or money order for $5.95 to cover the cost of return postage and handling. If your warranty has expired, we will examine your glasses and notify you of replacement charges.
